This thing cuts like a true laser. I was worried about the edge being delicate and brittle but it has held up well. The 240 has great edge geometry with a solid flat part near the heel. The grind is phenomenal and food release is alright. Beautiful demascus and handle. Overall this knife has a wonderful feel.
