Beautiful knife

I love the Iseya I-series 33 Layer VG-10 Damascus I bought. It’s beautifully made and it’s great to use. Do I need this knife to cut vegetables? No, but it makes cooking with it a joy.

Nice knife

This is the sharpest knife i own. It is joyful to cut ingredient. I recognized 1-2cm from the knife tip was slightly bended. Except that issue everything is so good.
