Really happy with this knife, it has become my kitchen workhorse, the go to knife for 70% of what I need to do in the kitchen. It’s easy to look after and holds an edge really well. Can warmly recommend it!

If you prefer sturdy, thick knives instead of very thin ones, this is for you. It cuts everything almost as effortlessly as the thinner ones in my collection but the extra metal gives a lot more strenght to use it as a lever and to crush stuff (for example minced garlic or ginger). Wish more knives were this thick.
